Personable:- able to talk to anyone 
Comfortable with MS Office packages especially Word, Outlook & Excel  
Able to pick up new software quickly (training given) 
Empathetic  
Self reliant as may be on your own in the office for long periods 
Problem solver - able to think on your own feet in a new situation 
Training will be given both in terms of specific software and processes and in the Grief Recovery Method in order to be able to better speak to our prospective and current clients. based Ellington, Cambs

The job includes but is not limited to: 
Managing all incoming calls and emails 
Diary Management 
Fulfilment of webshop orders 
Liaising with venue finders to manage training venues 
Control of Amazon listings 
Liasing with clients / fulfilment of client requests 
Stock management 
creating & updating website content 
Social Media posting/tweeting 
Travel planning 
Event planning & preparation 
Invoicing /basic book keeping 
CRM database updates 
Print /merchandise buying 
Day to day office tasks 
Fussing the office dogs
