Office Manager and PA to Managing Director - Full time, Permanent
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of very fast growing company. As is often the case in small companies we need someone who is adaptable and can turn their hand to almost anything with a real "can do" attitude. We're hoping to find the right person to grow with us and become truly part of the team for the long term.
Initial interviews will be by phone on 1st or 2nd November.
Excellent phone manner
Comfortable with rapid change and evolving processes
Self starter, task focused with exceptional organisation skills
Personable:- able to talk to anyone
Comfortable with MS Office packages especially Word, Outlook & Excel
Able to pick up new software quickly (training given)
Self reliant as may be on your own in the office for long periods
Problem solver - able to think on your own feet in a new situation
Training will be given both in terms of specific software and processes and in the Grief Recovery Method in order to be able to better speak to our prospective and current clients. Managing all incoming calls and emails
Fulfilment of webshop orders
Liaising with venue finders to manage training venues
Control of Amazon listings
Liasing with clients / fulfilment of client requests
creating & updating website content
Social Media posting/tweeting
Event planning & preparation
Invoicing /basic book keeping
CRM database updates
Print /merchandise buying
Day to day office tasks
Fussing the office dogs
